Windows 2003 server - FTP connection using Fetch(Mac) problem

Hi guys,
I have a box running Windows 2003 Server (with ISA 2000 server).
Some of the collegues that want to connect have MAC PCs.
They receive a conection error.
I use WS_FTP & Internet explorer to connect without any problems.

I have a variety of game applets which download images from the IIS server.
These applets have worked for quite some time, and continue to work on our
test servers.
On the production servers, IIS logs an HTTP error 500 with an sc-win-status
of 10038 for some of the images, some of the time.... more >>

HI, I have a bunch of websites configured in IIS. I alo have a bunch of FTP
sites setup. What is the best way to back these setting up, so in case of a
hardware failure or If I need to move to a new server, I could do a quick
import and retain settings and security...if possible.

I even uninstalled IIS and re-installed and I'm still getting the same error.
System info: Windows 2000, IIS 5.0.
For urls that start with "localhost", htm pages can load but asp pages hang
for a long time in IE.
I tried to stop IIS, but each got a error that says "Access is denied".

We login to our FTP site via Internet Explorer, using account usernames &
passwords to login. When I go to open the files in the directory I'm
prompted with an FTP login prompt, either logging on as anonymous or a user.
