Does IIS Log calls to pages through framesets? In other words if I
have a page that is being loaded in a frameset and that page does a
response.redirect, will IIS log the page that the frameset is loaded
on or the page that is doing the redirect or both?

When certain users try to logon Outlook web access they get this message.
Http error 403 - forbidden: access is denied
Internet Information Services (IIS)
Then they refresh the webpage and everything works just fine.

When we navigate to an internal site here, for example,

the site comes up perfectly.
However if you navigate to a specific file, for example,
