inetserver iis : Date Format -- IIS6

Ok.. I'm stumped. I changed the regional settings on my test box to UK to
test some date formatting issues. The date format properly changed from
mm/dd/yyyy to dd/mm/yyyy.

Now I wish to change back. Again, I changed the Regional Settings on my
server and Windows returns mm/dd/yyyy, but IIS is returning dd/mm/yyyy. I've
rebooted, logged on as the local admin and reset it, changed the default,
etc. All to no avail.

Server: Win2k3 Web Ed.

Help!

Hi,

Each user has different regional settings. The user context used to run
w3wp.exe processes isn't the same as the user you are logging in as...

Cheers
Ken

2 questions related to this.

1. w3wp.exe is running as NETWORK SERVICE. How do I change the regional
settings for this user?

2. This box was running in the US region for months, when I changed the
regional settings to UK, the web service was updated accordingly. Why isn't
it changing back?
