IISState log - help decipher please

Below is the IISState log from a site that hangs frequently.
I ran "iisstate -p xxxx -d -sc" but it just keeps pumping out "code
c000008f" so I ran "iisstate -p xxxx -d" and it gives the following.

Hi,
I'm getting intermittent crashes on my web server; killing the
aspnet_wp.exe process gets the websites up and running again.
I've copied several iisstate logs here:

directory home directory to another drive I am getting a dialogue box to
provide user name / password when copying project from net 2003 if I leave it

I applyied some patches to my develop IIS 5.0 servers (W2KS), to keep it
secure, and.. now it uses less CPU!!!
How can this be possible? I use my own stress application, serving ISAPI and
