That is to say, there *was* a directory in a website that had an IIS

I can run an asp.net web site without debugging, but not with debugging. It
fails with the following error:

When setting session timeouts, it appears you can set it in IIS at the
application level, or you can add it to the web.config file. Which trumps
the other? From what we can tell, IIS trumps, but I am trying to find
