processes to what ever I want. It if set it too high it actually hurts me
because I overwhelms the memory and cpu.

The counters for Web Service Cache\Current Files Cached is almost always 0.

secure site will not authenticate, even with Enterprise Admin rights. Only
difference I know is that these are SP2.
