inetserver iis : Vista IIS7 Public Website

I enabled IIS7 on Vista Business. A workstation on the LAN can view the
default website. I have enabled the router to forward http to the Vista
Business machine. However, the Shields Up! application at grc.com reports no
webserver at my IP address. Is the problem likely with IIS7 or Vista or both?

Neither.

You have shown that IIS7 and Vista is working fine because workstation
on the LAN can view the default website.

You have not shown that:
1. your ISP allows port 80 to be visible to Internet
2. your router has port 80 open

Thus, your problem is with configuration outside of IIS7 and Vista.
