I had this problem too and also couldn't find any answers in the usual
sources, but in a flash of inspiration worked out a 'fix':
Firstly to describe my circumstances (incase different from yours):
Windows 2003 installed with SP1 manually installed AFTER.
Got a prompt for the file iisadmin.mfl (and a few others after) that couldnt
be located on the win2k3 cd.
I released as it was prompting for the CD 'Windows 2003 SP1' that it was a
file that was included in the service pack but not in the original OS cd. As
I didnt have a copy of 2003 with sp1 slipstreamed into it to hand I extracted
the service pack files to the harddisk and pointed the file dialog to that
location and it worked just fine.
I doubt you get this problem if you used a slipstreamed copy of win 2003 +
sp1.
Hope this helps if you hadn't already worked it out
Thanks
