inetserver iis : IIS Logs have a frozen time stamp

My w3csv type loggin for my iis 6 server has the time stamps for loggin frozen
Example below

Every entry is stuck on this time stamp 2007-01-27 05:08:39
Any idea as to the fix?

Do you have any more logfile entries? That just looks like someone loaded a
webpage, and then some associated images. I don't see why there is an issue
with the timestamps here...

I am seeing the same problem: all of my IIS log entries for all of my sites are showing the exact date and time. It's been 2008-08-28 08:43:15 ever since, well, 2008-08-28 08:43:15. The OS is showing the correct date and time, and, oddly enough, the header line at the beginning of each log file shows the correct date and time.

Anyone else seen this before or know of a solution?
