I am getting the following error in event log for IIS, what is it and what is
the fix?

The error means that IIS is crashing, the services are shutting down. In
order to determine what is causing this, you will need to capture a crash
dump. You can use the following tool to capture a crash dump, DebugDiag.
You can install it from http://beta.microsoft.com on the server. Logging
in with a Passport account is required. Use DebugDiag (case sensitive) for
the Guest ID. The default install path is C:\Program Files\IIS
Resources\DebugDiag and can be changed during the installation.

Thank you,

I am getting the same error and the error being indicated in the dump file is:

NTFSDRV!CNTFSPROPERTYSTREAM::SETINFO+10In inetinfo__PID__2852__Date__04_23_2009__Time_08_43_19AM__451__Second_Chance_Exception_C0000005.dmp the assembly instruction at ntfsdrv!CNtfsPropertyStream::SetInfo+10 in C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\INETSRV\ntfsdrv.dll from Microsoft Corporation has caused an access violation exception (0xC0000005) when trying to write to memory location 0x00000014 on thread 30

I have no idea on what that means and how to resolve it.
