I'm using Visual Studio .Net 2003 Pro at the moment, do I have to purchase
any other licence if I want to commercially distributing my application?

Hi...

Not at all.....infact your customer can have framework installed free of
cost. But yes if you are using some server product such as SQL Server using
your application then you need licenese for them
