Every time I have to Restart My Computer My Mouse Does not Work. I have to
Shut Down with Power Button and Power my computer back On. Then Mouse works
Fine. Anyone have A solution for this Problem ? I have the latest Software &
Drivers.

If you want help with your problem, you might want to post it to
microsoft.public.windows. This is a .Net programming newsgroup.

That said, I would reinstall the mouse drivers.
