problem with OLE DB -- inetserver asp components

inetserver asp components : problem with OLE DB

I am trying to connect to my oracle data base with my asp
page, but it keeps giving an error message
"Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers (0x80004005)
Specified driver could not be loaded due to system error
5".

I even went to the registry to grant full permission to
all users, but that didn't seem to work. Any help at all
would be great. Thanks!!

I'm not expert at connecting to Oracle or anything, but my ~guess~ would be
to grant those same permissions on %windir%\temp and try again.
