I migrated from a windows 2000 server to a windows 2003 server and with all
settings being same I am getting this error

denied to this object.

as I try to execute registerred client dll's. The particular dll in question
here is ASPMAIL from server objects, ActiveIP from active target

I tried - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/198432/EN-US/ but without result.
Everything else runs fine

resolved, just the IUSR_ permission RX was not there on DLL
