inetserver asp components:
I am unable to find much information on this topic can you please
help.

There are lot of articles explaining that out of process
(remote/local) 32 bit servers work OK with 64 bit clients and vice
versa. However, I want to know if a 32 bit InProcess server (dll) will
work with 64 bit client or not??
1) especially because the process address space of the client and the
server is the same.
2) Would RPC kick in in this case??

It won't work. You cannot have 32bit dll's running in a 64 bit process.

I believe that it's the CPU that has to be backwards compatible for 32 bit apps to run.

AMD Athlon 64bit CPU is 32bit compatible (perhaps the only one thus far - not sure about Apple G4
etc).
