Can anybody explain how to connect databse and visual basic code. I
want to make setup disk for VB Program . Every time I want to create
DSN on customers PC when installing setup. I would like to include in
VB code .

This is not the relevant group for this question (there are several
visualbasic groups for pre-dotnet questions, as well as dotnet groups for
VB.Net questions. You need to be clear about which version of VB that you
are using.

My advice would be to avoid the necessity to create DSNs by using DSNless
connection strings. See www.connectionstring.com
