I am currently using a host for my coldfusin Mysql website, with terrible results.

I need a good, reliable, 99.9% up time with good, customer support for my site.

If you want MySQL specifically, one I've had good luck with is
CrystalTech (http://www.crystaltech.com). The one I would highly
recommend is Host My Site (http://www.hostmysite.com) but they don't
offer MySQL with their shared hosting accounts I don't believe.

Try www.hostdone.com I am using this for my personal website. You can choose
UNIX or WINDOWS. You will have mySQL and MS SQL server databases and more. The
main thing is, they are good and price is so cheap.

You can also try http://www.ephost.com/. If you care about support (and let's
face it, in shared hosting it is crucial) then these folks are right up there
with HostMySite.com. They allow you to use just about any function call (even
createObject()) and are quick to respond to support issues. Not inexpensive,
though you really do get what you pay for from them.
Just my 2px :)
