coldfusion flash integration:
I've written an application that works extremely well on my development box
(Windows XP Pro) on CFMX7 using CFFORM and flash.

I cannot seem to be able to run this app on the Linux server. Everything is
shown except for the form.

I have the flash cfform embedded in a component.

I have tried to access this app from a Mac on Safari and the browser returns a
412 error -- "Precondition failed". Anyone have a clue on how I can attempt to
resolve this.

Thanks.

Why can't Macromedia put library files that exist in the CFIDE folder somewhere
more easily accessible.

I had to copy the damn CFIDE folder into my site to get access to two
Javascript files that I needed.

That is indeed a pain. Something easier I have been doing is simply creating a
symlink to the virtual hosts web root dir.

That works nicely, saves space and allows you to only maintain one cfide dir.
