coldfusion flash integration: I have some experience with Actionscript, but, not when it comes to handling
forms. It seems as though that in order to enjoy the full experience of using
CF Flash Forms, one must use Flex.

So, should I buy a book on Flex? To my understanding, Flex is used for CF
Flash Forms, correct?

it won't hurt to learn flex & if you branch out to flex it will certainly help.
but you have to understand that the flash forms in cf are a kind of stripped
down version of flex. on the other hand, cfform does make a lot of flex's
complexity much simpler to use. if you want to make flash forms really useful
make sure you know "know" remoting, it raises the usefulness of flash forms to
another level.
