coldfusion flash integration : cfform type="flash" not working on IIS 6.0? Tried work around

I have a cfform type="flash" running on IIS. However, the cfform type="flash"
tags are not working. I applied this work around

http://www.macromedia.com/cfusion/knowledgebase/index.cfm?id=tn_19439


However, it still isn't working. Any ideas? I am ready to jump out the
window. I have tried and retired this without success.
