I am developing an intranet for my institution and have uploaded my site from
my development workstation to the server. The server is a windows 2000 box
running IIS. When I browse to any page that contains a flash form they do not
load. I keep getting this RSL Load Failed message that displays. I cannot for
the life of me figure this out. I have referred to other postings on this site
for help and nothing seems to really work. One thing that is strange is; if I
reload the page rapidly for a number of times by hitting F5 the forms will
actually load and start working through out the site. However, the minute I
clear my cookies and files in Internet options and revisit the site I am back
to square one. Please any suggestions would be great. Thanks.

Check your timeout settings. Sounds like they may be set too short. Of course
that may be beyond your control and you will have to talk to the Server Admin
to get them changed.

That is just 1 possibility.
