Is there a way to remove a file/folder from a project with jsfl? Not sure why
there's an addFile method but no removeFile method.

I want to be able to create a project from a selected local folder structure
but if the folder is empty it doesn't get added (seperate issue) so I tried a
work around of creating a text file in the empty folders before adding them to
the project, then deleting them from the hard drive but I can't find a way to
remove them from the project

I haven?t tried any of them yet, but apparently there are several undocumented
jsfl commands. Check this out:

http://www.flashguru.co.uk/extensions/

Number 11 and 12 under JSAPI FileSystem. It's only for Window NT (2000,XP).

Thanks, I saw those before and got prematurely excited. Those are for the file
system only though, not for modifying a project.

Thanks anyway though.

Anyone else? I know this is doable somehow because Grant Skinner's gProject
panel is capable of this, not sure if he's using C-Level code but there has to
be a way.
