Extension Manager doesn't launch amikin

flash exchange extensions: I'm running Mac OS 10.3.9 and mx 2004 studio. The extension manager won't
launch at all. Crashes every time i try and launch it.

I downloaded the latest version off the site (happens to be the same version I
started with though) with no success.

Any one know what's up?

You need to download and install the extension manager:
http://www.macromedia.com/exchange/em_download/
