plug in doesn't show up in exch mgt zendee

flash exchange extensions:
Just downloaded exchange manager. Then used EM to go to web to download plug
in. The plug in does not show up in EM. Even though it is on my hard drive.
F1/Help in exchange manager doesn't work either.
What am I missing?
