flash (macromedia): Is there a template or tutorial on how to create a menu that is the same as the macromedia web site?
I am really a newbie in flash, most of my experience resides in CF and DW. Any help is appreciated.

The principle of making such interaction is a common 'drop down' menu .

drop down can simply jump frame of movie clip timeline upon click /rollover
to the frame where it expose more options .

check

Flash 5 - Help - Samples - Track As menu
if you don't have that version , go to :

http://www.macromedia.com/support/flash/
on the right hand you will find flash menu , go to Flash Sample Files - Flash
Source Files
and download the "Track As Menu"

also
