flash (macromedia) : Flash 2004 issues

So here's my problems with Flash 2004 and I was wondering if anyone has come accross solutions.

1)Action Scripting: I switch between "Normal" mode and "Expert" Mode continuously when I build script. It's just the way I learned and its faster and more convienient for me. Where did "Normal" Mode go? It's not there anymore. Was it really such a problem that they took it out?

2)The Compnonents help: The components are great, especially in the prof version. Problem is the turtorials on their usage is incredibly poorly written. I work for an instructional designer team for a university. I know what instruction should be like. Macromedia has always suffered in this regard.

3)The Scrolbar Compnonent: Where did it go? Why now do I have to have macromedia build the Dynamic Txt for me as well? And why make it so difficult to manipulate? Does macromedia think me so stupid that they should have to build the Dynamic Txt for me but at the same time think I'm so smart that I don't need "Normal" Mode on Actio Scripting?

Don't get me wrong, I love a lot of its new features. Other than my shared opinion that macromedia is doing everyone wrong by offering two versions, I think Pro is the way to go. In fact if you're not getting the proffessional version, stick with Flash MX(6).
