I use to be big on Flash back in version 4 but I have stayed away from it
during 5,and MX.

What are MX 04 current capabilities with video?

Can you playback good quality video in Flash?

How well of a job does it do of compressing the video?

What formats can you bring into Flash?

Overall , still isn't a best tool to deliver video.
I find way more quality using Jmovie from Flash Jester , use it in conjunction
with projectors. If you have in mind QuickTime trailers like content than
you will definitely be fine but if you plan to export CD or VCD , something on
large screen I would strongly recommend against using flash, perhaps director.
