flash (macromedia) : What happened to the changeHandler?

Ok, in Flash MX under the "Component Inspector" Parameters, we had a Change Handler. I am unable to locate this in the new Flash MX 2004. Can someone guide me to this?

I believe the Event model for handlers has changed with MX2004. It now uses a method called addEventListener(...) or something.
