How can I fix my problem, the loading text appears until the percent is aprox 85.

the content of the file is too large on the first frame .
Your file is full of linkage that comes with components.
Linkage must be loaded prior to other content because it has no
physical place on your timeline , so it have to be available from the first
place in case of action requests it .
this will always delay preloader . Not much you can do unless changing the loading methods.
by loading it in level you can use get Bytes and total bytes to return entire file size.
Than regardless frame content it will show your loading byres as soon as few first start
caching .
