flash (macromedia) : Flash MX and Netscape Problem...

Hello.

I have a flash mx .swf file to be loaded on my page on top of other items via CSS-P. In IE everything thing is great, but in Netscape, the movie is there but it says "Movie Not Loaded" and the positioning is not working.

I have all of the <object> (for IE) and <embed> (for netscape) correct (I believe) but still nothing.

For this post's purposes, you can see the file at
http://www.crewdevelopment.com/test/menu2.htm

Thank you for your help.

The Other Bill.

The path to the file is pointing to your local drive:

<EMBED SRC="N:\IRP Website\THE FOLDER\JoinSolver\test\main.swf"....

Thank you One Louder and Newsgroup user,

Actually, I fixed that problem before coming back to the forum...

I fixed THE problem just now... I had a '=' where I needed a ':' in the positioning <div> tag.

I feel so stupid for such an oversight.

Everything is fixed now and I can keep my job :)

Cheers,
The Other Bill.

you don't have object tags at all , plus path to your file refer to your N drive

<EMBED SRC="N:\IRP Website\THE FOLDER\JoinSolver\test\main.swf"
so it is impossible to to show it in the first place at all.
You must be viewing cache file not from server.
it did not work in any of my browsers ,NS and IE it is ........
