hi, i hope that this is an easy one...i'm trying to burn some of my .swf files to disc so that i can give them to someone and altough i test the disc on my computer and it works fine, when i give the disc to someone else to view on their computer, they can't open the files. even if they have the flash player on their computer. what am i doing wrong? could it be that i've published the files using the "protect from import" option?

advice is appreciated! thanks! :)

They might have the Flash Player plug-in, something that resides in a
browser. So they should be opening the SWF files using a browser.

If they don't have the Flash MX authoring, then they also don't have the
Flash Player standalone application, something that opens up when you are
double-clicking on your SWF files to view them using your system.

A possible solution would be to export the files as Windows (or Mac if that's
appropriate) Projectors instead of SWF.
