I want to make an animation like in the movies where a newspaper spins in
the distance, comes quickly to the foreground and stops in place--
announcing some big "Extra, Extra" or "Special Edition" type headline.

Does anybody know of a source for vector graphics or fla files where I can
find something that looks like a newspaper?

How hard would it be to create it yourself? In flash? Shouldn't be that
hard.
