What is the secret to achieving slow-scrolling textual content (horizontal or vertical) in Flash MX?

My text (saved as graphic symbols) seems to move herky-jerky even when inserting key frames in every frame (undesirable in itself).

Any tips is appreciated.

Here's a few tips:

1) use whole font sizes (8-9-10) for textfields
2) use actionscripting to move it, its much better, smaller in size, and more editable.
3) include fonts when publishing (properties>characters>select all)
4) read through some of the techNotes, there very helpful, and will tell you move than I can.
