Hi all.

Im very new to flash and havent got the time to learn it deep.
What i'm looking for is how to make these nice effects like the ones that i link below. I'm referring to the repetitive bright stripes/lines flying around those paths. See below to knwo what im talking about.

One of the most simple ways to do that "sheen" effect is with a mask.
Just mask out the area where you want the strip to travel, and animate the stripe behind it.

Over all , these are just motion tween gradients , it's extremely simple
but sure looks impressive .
All you have to do is make gradient fading from full color to alpha zero than
draw line in wave shape and convert it to fill , than make the layer a mask .
flash can't use outlines for mask layer so it has to be converted to Fills.
The fill than make the only visible path on which the gradient travel.
I made sample which might be more visually appealing.

first on top is just motion tween gradient and a outline in wave shape

Below you see the same wave but converted to fills and made a MASK over the
motion tween gradient.

the fade in and out like effects are just radial gradients squeeze into egg shape,
fade in and out with ALpha or Tint color effect.

Not really any tutorials that I know of .
That's like using the keyboard for the first time.
You look for keys at first but then you type w/o looking at the key at all.
Once you play around with flash it naturally comes w/o actually reading/
While doing projects you will come across results you did not ask for :)
tho they could be of use in future.....

My logo is composed by two surrounding eliptical circles, one orange and the other blue.

I'd like to create that effect on both eliptical circles, and therefore i am asking for your help.
