flash (macromedia): Is there any way to export an incredible simple animation frame by frame instead of all in one file? (It is a 100 frame animation with 3 layers, very simple 2d movement). I would like to be able to be able to open up each frame by itself in fireworks or as an animation in fireworks. thanks!

file > export > export movie > jpg sequence/png sequence/bmp sequence etc.
