You mean an autorun when you insert the CD into the SD player?

However, "open the cd rom" doesn't mean anything. Do you mean "run a program
that's stored on a CD-ROM"? Do you mean "open a directory listing showing
what files are on the CD-ROM"?

For that matter, what does "within a flash movie" mean? Do you want to run an
external program inside a Flash window, for instance?

And the answer will certainly depend on your platform -- Windows or
Macintosh? And what version of Flash?

If you spent five minutes writing a useful question, you might get better
answers.
