First off...I'm a noob...a Flash virgin. I'm dangerous :-)

Building a site for a student housing property...Fusebox 4, CFMX, HTML/Contribute...yadda yadda yadda. I've got a Flash movie embedded on the homepage that fades and slide various campus imagery. Client wants to overlay music...

So I've got my Foundation Flash MX book by my side and Chapter 11 appears to cover all I need to know...

....I'm presently working through Chapter 3 :-)

So...anyone feel like giving me the low down on the best/fastest/easiest way to overlay an audio clip on an existing Flash move? I'm on Flash MX 2004 and will be buying Professional this weekend so either is an option.

I'm thinking that I'll be sampling an MP3 via SoundForge (no idea how to use it either :-)...export to WAV...import to Flash...BAM.

I'm thinking that the audio will play through once and fade out or perhaps loop at a lower volume. Good idea? Bad idea? Alternative ideas anyone?

I know you're out there Obi Wan...enlighten me.
