flash (macromedia): I have been surfing the net. I found some coool effect (flash that I could
download)

There was a FLA file... but when I tried to import that on the stage it
said:

Unexpected format. How do I import it and get it to work?

The file I found was at Ultrashock.com and was called SNOWSTORM.

I wanted to use this as a background to a thing that I am going to make on
my page.

Flash file version; your flash version etc. If downloaded as fla and not
zip; file maybe corrupted.
