Hi im trying to morph text but everytime i do it the green line becomes broken up and it doesn't morph. I also want to know how to morph two picture to turn into one picture is this possible??

Morphing text - you need to break it apart first so that it is a shape.
You can fade one picture out while fading the other picture in on the layer
above it. Not a true morph, but see if it creates the effect you want.

not sure why we see this question asked so many times - flash is not a "morph" program - it's a @d vector animation tool - errr...sorry, it's a programming tool...errr...it's both now....but it never, in any version, truly "morph" anything.
Although you can use shape tween to simulate *morphing* with *basic* shapes. But shape tween in flash only works with vectors (consult help docs) and not bitmap images.
Text can be very complicated and many characters contain negative shapes which will blow apart a shape tween in a heartbeat - even if you use *shape hints* (again, consult manual).

your other option would be to find a true *morphing* program and export as image sequence and import into flash.
