flash (macromedia) : Inserting blank frames before content

Sometimes I want to insert blank keyframes before the content I have in frame 1 (on every layer). The only way I know to do this now is to insert frames after the current content, and then go through and manually drag the content to frame 2 so that the first frame is empty. This is really annoying to do when I have a lot of layers. Any suggestions?

Thanks.

create an additional scene and place it before scene 1.

If creating a separate scene isn't what you are after try this:

Select all the frames on all layers like so:

Click and hold on frame 1 layer 1 and drag the entire length of the movie on the timeline from top to bottom highlighting everything to the end of the movie.

ie.
frame 1 layer 1 | frame 2 layer1 | etc...
frame 1 layer 2 | frame 2 layer 2 | etc...

Release the mouse button and then click and drag the whole highlighted block once to the right.
This will create a blank keyframe in the frame 1 position on every layer.

Thanks for that suggestion, DamonMath. It really cut down my work.
