flash (macromedia):

Hi there - does anyone know how to use bullets in external .txt files? I
tried using %95 URL encoding but that does not work. I also tried using
ALT+0149 but that doesn't work either. The only thing that works is using
includes but that messes up other formatting in my .txt file.

Don't cross-post.

You can always use another font such as Wingdings or one that creates
symbols to create your bullets.
