Where can I find drop menus? Like the one at the top of this site's homepage... you scroll over it... you get options, and then can click one. How can I get something like this? Or what do I need in order to get something like that? A program? Software? A download? How can I get quality drop menus?

there are many kinds of drop down, which one do you mean? Are you looking foward to create it or just finding an example?

i'm open for anything actually... I just don't want the same lame drop menus that they give you... whether I have to make one, or take one from something... that would work... but what I was actually looking for was: a drop menu that has a starting bar with text, once clicked (or scrolled over) the menu would drop, on the dropped menu, the text would be set on a background that had a different tint but would show the background of the actual page, the background would be transparent (as if through a tinted window)... [sounds more complicated than it really is]. Any info on this would help, thanks.
