Help! My 30-day trial of Flash lasted 7 days!

Help! My 30-day trial of Flash lasted 7 days! Adnil Notwen

flash (macromedia): I downloaded a 30-day trial version of Flash MX on Aug 23, 2003. This morning, right in the middle of me creating a movie that might land me a permanent job on Tuesday when everyone gets back to work, Macromedia tells me my trial version is over.

Incredibly, I am posting here, because I have spent an hour trying to find a phone number or an email site to report this most urgent problem of mine, to no avail. All avenues of communication with Macromedia have pointed me here, to this discussion forum.

If this is truly the Help Desk, then HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!! I need my trial version turned back on immediately. Please, I am begging you, my chances of getting this job rely upon it. I have today and tomorrow to finish the movie I started with the trial download version of Flash MX, and tomorrow is a holiday when you guys don't work, so PLEASE HELP NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been unemployed for almost two years, then I think I have a chance, I am to "show" the movie to the entire university at 12 Noon on Tuesday, and then something like this happens. Please help me by fixing your error.

Thank you,
Linda Garland

Like a last resort, install Flash on another OS or PC and once you're done
with your demo erase it immediately.

Searching with terms like "trial version expired early" quickly bring
you to documents like this:
http://www.macromedia.com/support/service/ts/documents/elapsed.htm

(You're right that it's expensive to get one-on-one attention with a
human on demand 24/7, particularly as the demand keeps increasing
without compensation.)

With comments like that, you`ll be getting barred from the forum and even worse, you`ll be put on Byrons twit list.

lol, but it's so easy to get on that list. You can just say "Byron, I don't
like you very much, please respect my opinion" and you get on his list :)
