I'm sorry you won't find the scroll bar in either edition. The 2004
equivalent is the TextArea component, which is similar to a dynamic text
field attached to vertical and horizontal scrollbars. When there is text to
scroll when loaded in or assigned to the field, scrollbars will appear at
runtime.

Why is the Scroll Bar component in Macromedia Flash MX 2004 or Macromedia Flash MX Professional 2004 trial?
