I am having a problem with loadMovie -- flash (macromedia)

I have created a .swf file and want to import it into an exact location on a .fla file.

So...I want to put this .swf file in the middle of a rectangle on my .fla file. How do I do that?
I can see the .swf file when imported and play it but it can't be moved or won't position where I want it to go.
Any help would be great.

Instead of loading it into levels, you can load it inside a movie clip. You
can just change the movie clip's coordinates either through scripting or
manually.
