How hard is it to get a job once you are knowledgable at Flash/Actionscripting?

I would not focus on these only , widen up your range of skills,
from what I gather lately my clients are more and more avers to use of
flash on their sites because of the overwhelming amount of crap flash sites .
Not just bad design but size, some grow to 5 MB just so the designer can play
loop which was exported in highest quality and lowest compression possible
while the content is most likely no more than 300 Kb .
Now only CD work where flash can be use on daily bases , web less and less ......

You have to remember , beside us who deal with and know the best flash work on line,
most mortals come across flash by searching yahoo and other most comment engines. They not always lead directly to best sites , majority are a real
crap.
