flash (macromedia) : Flash macros /stop action no longer function

Hi. I'm actually having two separate problems. The first is that my Flash
macros are no longer working as they should... some do, some don't. An example
is f11 (which is supposed to open my library) now forces all my open flash
windows off ot the sides and top of my screen revealing my desktop. I can still
access through the windows pull-down menu.

The other problem is the biggest as far as timing. I can't get the movie to
"stop" (Not loop) at the last frame without loosing the functionality and
mouseover effects of my buttons. The buttons work fine until the last frame.
That last frame does have a actions layer with the stop action, but I have done
that many times before without it affecting the buttons... I also tried a
publish option with the looping turned off in the html, and that did the same
thing. Any help would be greatly appreciated Debi
PS. I recently upgraded to MAC OS 10.3.5... does anyone know if there are any
conflicits ? I did reinstall my Studio this weekend and it didn't solve the
problem

make sure you do not turn the loop option off in the html. There is a bug
in Flash Player, if you use the html to stop the movie from looping, then it
has problems with any actions in the last frame. Put a stop action in the
last frame of the movie, but set the html options to still loop.

Also, ensure you are not using wmode transparent, as that can cause button
to stop working (among other problems). Transparent mode has been buggy for
years and doesn't show any signs of being made to work any time soon.
