flash (macromedia): Hi, I am new to flash mx and I am trying to put a picture onto flash that has a
transparent background. When i put it in, it still covers whatever is behind
it. Is there a way to make it so the background of the picture is transparent
on Flash mx 2004?

I use photoshop to make transparent images first, then I import to the library in flash and I have no problem with the background of the image.

ya i have been doing that. What format do you need to save it to? I have tried
bitmap and png but neither worked so far. I get the black and white boxes in
photoshop and just save. Then when i use the pic in another program, it is
transparent, except in flash mx.
