PLEASE HELP I'M GOING NUTS ovesal

flash (macromedia):
I have Windows XP Home edition SP1 running on Toshiba satelite A75. When ever I
close Flash Mx 2004 I have to uninstall and install the program all over again
in order to be able to run the program. I have also installed Service Pack 2
but the problem is the same. I install and uninstall the program several time
during the day and there's no help to get out there. Does any one in here knows
how to solve this problem?

When I start the program the time glass comes up for a few sec and disapears.
When I go to task manager I can see that the Falsh.exe, mm license manager and
mm license cleaner are runing, but nothing happens.

what happens when you try to run it without reinstalling it first? Any
messages?

One thing I've noticed happen all too often with MX 2004 is that when I
start it, it looks like its starting, but then disappears from the task bar
and the window does not appear. However, if I then Alt+Tab it appears in
the list of windows, and if I select it, up it comes and it appears on the
task bar again (no other program does this .. so it sounds like a bug in
flash itself perhaps related to the splash screen and checking for
registration, who knows).
