That's really more than very basic and fundamental flash skills.

go to Help - Using Flash - click Search key and type :
"button that links to a new Web site"
and you will come up with technote
"Jumping to a different URL "
which explain in details step by step...

please familiarize yourself with help files prior to post.
It's counter productive and unnecessary that we type for you stuff that comes
by default with your application and its just a matter of effort to get it .
